Walking a shared path for the betterment of health.

For the month of September and I hope far beyond, every day I will be escaping to nature for a minimum of 30 minutes. These daily nature escapes akin to 'Shinrin-yoku' (forest bathing) will be of massive personal benefit to me as a nature enthusiast and much more! I recognise as multi-cellular beings with conscious, wonderful and vibrant minds that we all at some stage of our lives experience changes in our mental health.

Today, I ask for your support; to work and walk together – forging wholesome pathways forwards by striding into a future whereby, persons are able to access the support they need, at all stages of their mental health journey. From early intervention services for children and young people, to the ongoing support of adults with more complex needs.
