What is Stride Outside?

Stride Outside is a free and inclusive challenge to spend 30 minutes outdoors each day for 30 days. It is open to all ages and fitness levels, so you can take part in a way that feels right for you. Support your own wellbeing while raising vital funds for mental health services across Australia.

The difference you'll make

Every dollar raised for Stride Outside will go towards enhancing Stride’s programs and services. These vital services support people at all stages of their mental health journey, from early intervention services for children and young people to the ongoing support of adults with more complex needs.

Last year, Stride helped over 21,000 people access the services required for their mental wellbeing. With your help, we will continue to offer personalised, high-quality services to meet the needs of people across metropolitan and regional communities.
