Everyone can participate

However you choose to move, rest or recharge, everyone is welcome. No fitness required, just step outside and relax.

Go solo or join a team

Invite your friends, workmates, gym or club to join you in the challenge. It's a great way to support wellbeing together.

What is Stride Outside?

Stride Outside is a free and inclusive challenge to spend 30 minutes outdoors each day for 30 days. It is open to all ages and fitness levels, so you can take part in a way that feels right for you. Support your own wellbeing while raising vital funds for mental health services across Australia.

The difference you'll make

Every dollar raised for Stride Outside goes directly towards Stride's programs and services.

Supporting people at every stage of their mental health journey, from early intervention for children and young people to complex care for adults.

Last year, we helped over 21,000 people access the support they needed. With your help, we'll keep delivering personalised, high-quality services to communities across metropolitan and regional Australia.
