This September we’re campaigning to raise funds for vital mental health services & supports @ Stride Mental Health through the “Stride Outside” initiative! 

Do you love getting outside? Being in nature? Exploring the outdoors? Then this is for you! While I love a bit of exercise - going for runs in the sun, yoga in a park, walks on the beach - I also just LOVE getting outside in nature, to breathe fresh air, watch the birds & my garden growing, and playing with the kids at a park or in our bush-filled backyard! 

This September - The Stride Outside initiative is asking us to take 30 minutes a day for 30 days in September to get outside, in whatever way we like to and enjoy, for our mental health & wellbeing! And it is all to raise awareness and funds for Stride Mental Health services & supports. 

We’d love you to get involved, donate, come and join my team or start your own group and get outside every day for 30 minutes, in the first month of Spring! ☀️ Enjoy!
