What is Stride Outside?

Stride Outside is a free, inclusive fundraising event that welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels to experience the power of being outdoors.

Choose your own activities and take 30 minutes a day outside for 30 days. This might include walking, running, gardening or some moments of mindfulness. The way you connect with the outdoors is up to you.

Take 30 solo or with a team throughout the month of September.
