I'm doing Stride Outside for better mental health
Getting outside has always been important for me, and keeps me healthy, mentally and physically. I'm going to step it up for September, taking part in Stride Outside. I'll be out there every day for a full month, running, walking, gardening or just enjoying the sunshine.
