Time to enjoy the outdoors

Spending time in nature is something that my younger son says is what makes him feel most alive. As such, he's always been one for hiking bush trails and climbing trees. I'm going to take some inspiration from him during Stride Outside, and make the most of the urban nature in my suburb by visiting the local parks, walking along the Brisbane river and sitting out on my balcony in the sunshine (with suncreen!).
