We're fundraising for better mental health
We are taking 30 minutes outside for 30 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health — and this year, we’re proud to be raising money to support The Way Back – Penrith.
The Way Back – Penrith offers a compassionate, non-clinical aftercare support service for people in the Penrith region following a suicide attempt. Local peer support coordinators use their own lived experience to connect people with vital support networks, clinical services and community resources, helping guide them on their journey towards healing.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our page. Every dollar goes towards services that support people at all stages of their mental health journey, from early intervention services for children and young people through to ongoing support for adults with more complex needs.
With your help, Stride can do more to meet the mental health needs of people across metropolitan and regional communities — and help ensure people in our local community can access the support they need when they need it most.
30 minutes. 30 days. One important cause.
Please donate if you can and help us support The Way Back – Penrith. Every dollar, every step and every conversation can make a difference. 💚
