Stride Mental Health Fundraising Guidelines 

As a participant in Stride Outside, you agree to abide by our guidelines when organising any fundraising activities such as events, auctions, raffles or competitions.

These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, so please check back regularly for updates. 

1. The person who registers for the Stride Outside Challenge will bear the sole responsibility for coordinating fundraising activity and must do so in an appropriate and responsible manner.
2. Responsibility for the safety of any fundraising activity lies with the organiser of the activity. This includes organising appropriate public liability insurance and providing first aid services as relevant.
3. Across Australia there are different Fundraising regulations. Stride Mental Health is registered for fundraising in QLD, NSW, WA, VIC, ACT and Tasmania but it is the individuals responsibility to ensure compliance when undertaking any fundraising activity. You must ensure you’ve met any requirements including organising any permits, licenses, insurance or authorities to fundraise where necessary, particularly for raffles and competitions.
4. You must not solicit public donations through general door-to-door, street or telephone collections, or in public places.
5. Content created by Stride Outside – Stride Mental Health owns or licences from third parties all of the trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property that exists in our website. You must not copy or reproduce in any form any of the graphics, logos or other material on our website unless you have our specific permission. For the avoidance of doubt, you have our permission to download material from the Resources page on our website. For permission to reproduce material please contact Stride Mental Health.
6. Content posted by you – Any content posted to our social media (eg photos and videos) is your responsibility, and you must make sure that you have the necessary rights to post that content (eg by obtaining permission of copyright owners if necessary). By posting any content, you also give Stride Mental Health a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide right to use and reproduce that content.
7. If you do not coordinate the fundraising activity in an appropriate, and responsible manner Stride reserves the right to withdraw your authority to fundraise at any time
