The challenge is open to all ages and fitness levels. You can choose to spend 30 minutes doing an activity of your choice outdoors. Whether it is walking, cycling, gardening or mindfulness, the choice is yours.

The difference you'll make

Every dollar raised for Stride Outside will go towards enhancing Stride’s programs and services. These vital services support people at all stages of their mental health journey, from early intervention services for children and young people to the ongoing support of adults with more complex needs.

Last year, Stride helped over 21,000 people access the services required for their mental wellbeing. With your help, we will continue to offer personalised, high-quality services to meet the needs of people across metropolitan and regional communities.
